Sen. Padilla, saludo sa malasakit ni Sen. Go! 🫡

Sa kanyang opisyal na Facebook account ay pinuri ni Senator Robin Padilla ang kanyang kapwa senador at kapartidong si Mr. Malasakit, Senator B**g Go sa walang humpay nitong dedikasyon at pagtutok sa reporma sa PhilHealth at health sector ng bansa.

Pagbibigay puri ni Padilla, si Senador Go ay isang public servant na walang pagod na naglalapit sa gobyerno at sa masang Pilipino.

Layunin ng RA 12233 na mas mapaigting ang fiscal autonomy ng Judiciary Branch para sa mas episyenteng budget process at upang ma-maximize ang kapasidad ng sangay ng gobyerno.

Isa si PDP Senator B**g Go sa may akda ng batas na ito.

Baricuatro warns criminals: 'Leave Cebu or prepare to be taken down'

: Cebu Governor Pam Baricuatro strongly cautioned those engaged in unlawful activity.

Baricuatro voiced his displeasure with the persistence of criminal organizations and lawless elements in Cebu in a public statement issued last July 6, 2025. In particular, those involved in drug trafficking, corruption, child po*******hy, human trafficking, illegal gambling, and unauthorized quarrying and sand mining.

“I’m sick and tired of illegal activities ruining our province. This is your final warning. Leave now — or prepare to be taken down,” the governor said.

Padilla, suportado na buksan sa publiko ang Bicam

Aprubado kay Senate Committee on Public Information Chairperson, Senator Robin Padilla ang pagbubukas sa publiko ng bicameral conference committee meetings upang mabigyang proteksyon ang pera ng bayan, at maipagbigay-alam sa mga Pilipino kung saan ilalaan ng gobyerno ang pondo ng bansa para sa susunod na taon.

Binigyang diin din ng senador na karapatang malaman ng bawat mamamayan kung saan mapupunta ang bawat sentimo ng buwis na galing sa taumbayan.

"Ang ilantad sa publiko ang bawat piso at pahina ay karapatan ng taumbayan. Kaya gusto ko po ipaalala ang kapangyarihan ng public information. Napakahalaga nito. Transparency ay aksyon, hindi drama. Proteksyon ito sa pondo ng tao," ani ng senador.

SC Justice Inting: House to try VP Sara no longer exists

In concurring with the 13-0 Supreme Court (SC) decision junking the impeachment case versus Vice President Sara Duterte, SC Associate Justice Henri Jean Paul Inting emphasized that the House of Representatives to prosecute VP Sara no longer exists, hence the impeachment trial cannot proceed.

“If the Senate of the 20th Congress is allowed to continue with the trial on the subject impeachment complaint, it would have to proceed based on the Articles of Impeachment by the House that no longer exits,” the Associate Justice said.

“Such a situation is tantamount to the creation of an irrepealable statute, which is constitutionally impermissible,” he added.
