TRAFFIC DISRUPTION | WILSTHORPE ROAD, LONG EATON
The traffic lights on Wilsthorpe Road between the junction of Thoresby Rd and the roundabout with Dovedale Avenue in Long Eaton are not working properly.

CADENT have been made aware of the problem by Long Eaton Police.

The area is best avoided until at least 11.30am , where possible please find an alternative route.

It is with great sadness I wish to inform everyone Donald Rose has sadly passed away this morning.
He was mine and everyone’s hero who will be deeply missed.
110yrs, the UK’s oldest man, oldest veteran and the fifth oldest veteran in the world.

There are not many man then can call me trouble and get away with it but he did lol 😂 🥰

Happivale Social Club - Long Eaton and District Mencap have been nominated for the 2025 King’s Award for Voluntary Service.

The Club provides activities for anyone with learning disabilities over the age of 16 from across the Borough and enables members to participate in social activities which they may otherwise be unable to do, improving both their mental and physical wellbeing.
