if your a fan of tiktok. you all probably know its on its way to the senate to be voted on. over a ban or for them to sell it too another US. company to put regulations. ad service. copyright protections. and sensor what we all see on the for you page. the ban will give the owners byte dance who 3-4 of them that own part of it are american. along with the servers being located in 2-3 different locations. in the USA. people called their local senators and representatives and voiced their opinions on it some senators saying they would oppose it. but in the heat of the moment turned on its own people and pushed it through anyways. with over a 2/3 majority. with only 16ish people say no to the ban. North Carolina . all voted yes Senators remember these senators at voting time. Dan Crenshaw spoke openly how its a security problem. sad thing is is Dan is probably my generation. but spoke absolute nonsense. the phones we have in our very pocket are made in china. our vehicles. circuit boards, google home devices, and they are worried that an app is stealing and selling our data. when tik tok does exactly what american corporations do. amazon and facebook all sell and use your data. they recommend you things by spying on you and things you show interesting in. its ok only if our congress makes money off of it. also facebook as paid penalties and fines to congress. over teens going out of control and hurting themselves over bullying when they expected mark Zuckerberg to apologize and pay penalties to families who lost children because of bullying on this platform.
