Westlake has their community center open. Coffee, water, etc.
What is Bay doing to help their residents? Not even a message sent out? A social media video post letting residents know it’s going to be ok?
Instead have to rely on facebook Tom, Dick, and Harry to learn anything.
Where’s the leadership?
