The Salem Fire Department is presently responding to a reported gas leak at the Graves Mobile Home Park located on Old State Road 60; avoidance of the area is highly recommended.

**Update Mid-West Natural Gas arrived on scene and secured the line. There should be no further issues.

We met up with the new owners of Little Twirl to join in on their ribbon cutting ceremony this morning in celebration of the grand re-opening of the beloved Washington County staple!

“The Salem Fire Department is presently responding to a reported gas leak in the vicinity of Macon and Alpine, where a contractor has inadvertently struck a gas line; units are actively working to resolve the situation and recommend that traffic avoid the area if possible.”
