I know I'm ambivalent about TRUMP'S deployment of Nat Gaurd to Chicago and WDC, but the ruling declaring it illegal flies in the face of 25Ø years of precedent;
In 1786 and 1787, Treasury Secretary HAMILTON lead Massachusetts militia to put and end to Daniel SHAYS uprising.
Nat TURNER'S Rebellion was suppressed using state militia.
And most of all, EISENHOWER federalizing the Arkansas National Guard in 1957 in support of a Supreme Court ORDER to integrate Little Rock High School (much of which was beamed to homes around the world).

The ruling is itself illegal. It will not survive a challenge- IF Donny has the strength to fight it. If he does not (which I suspect), he will be setting a very dangerous precedent.

I don’t recall what everyone everywhere said, but I was arguing that the air Force didn’t want the F-35 because it was subsonic, the Marines wanted nothing to do with them because jump jets and stealth made them too difficult to maintain, the Navy didn’t give a f**k one way or the other but they had the F-18’s which the Marines had been flying for decades and if we were going a JSF direction then the Air force should be forced to take the F-18 (my Air Force veteran brother hates that idea; fortunately idgaf what that civilian thinks about it).

Context; There is a group of young men who were baiting preds on Roblox, and Roblox sent them a cease and desist letter, changed their TOS to include vigilantes, and banned their accounts. They also shut down a protest people put on inside the game.
