I uprooted my life, sold my car, let go of my apartment and all of my possessions and ventured off into the unknown in search for love in Paris!

I’ve decided that it was crazier to leave my love life up to chance staying in a place that was familiar but not completely fulfilled and so I’m taking (love) matters into my own hands and have ventured off to the love capital of the world.

Yes this is crazy, and yes it was VERY scary. But after 13 years in LA and several relationships and zero eligible prospects and the desire to live in a metropolitan city where I can immerse in a melting pot and learn a new language, Paris was a no-brainer choice when researching for months on where it made sense to uproot my life.

I’ll be documenting every step of this journey moving my life over to Europe.

Follow along as I explore this new chapter and see if I can create my own love story in a completely new country.

A cute TrollsFest LA weekend!

This is Ubuntu a new plant-based fine-dining experience inspired by West-African ingredients created by Chef Shenarri Greens that I got the chance to dine at this past week! Nestled in the heart of Melrose Avenue the dishes here all have inspirations from Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and West Africa with plant-based ingredients that make for a really unique flavoring experience.

August is Black Business Month and I was so happy to have made it in during their first few opening weeks. Highly recommended for another fun LA experience to add to your list of things to do and to get the opportunity to try West African food in a fine dining experience which is something I’ve never seen in LA!

I’m going to need Vacation Inc SPF these summer months ahead because it’s set to be no less than 100 degrees and sunny beginning this weekend and throughout every day this summer and I’m here for it!

Its too bad you can’t smell through the screen this SPF smells like summer in a bottle. It smells like banana and coconut with that iconic SPF smell from our childhood.

Bring on the heat, bikinis, pool, sun and margaritas! Who’s just as excited for the summer?! 🧴👙☀️

Palm Springs staycation has begun! They’re saying June gloom could go into Fogust August y’all!! Absolutely NOT! I’m escaping to this paradise in the LA backyard for some weeks to get some much needed Vitamin D and Paradise water 😜💦🌴
