🇹🇭 This spicy thai recipe will blow your mind, maybe literally🌶! Thanks to Jar Of Lemons for the amazing inspiration and pic! Here's the recipe:

1. Cut the chicken tenders into small squares and cook with the sesame oil over medium heat. When chicken is no longer pink in the middle, set aside.
2. While the chicken is cooking, cook the rice noodles according to package directions, strain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
3. Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, crushed red pepper, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha together in a bowl. Pour into the warm pan and cook the vegetables in the sauce. Once the vegetables begin to soften, add the chicken and noodles back in. Mix together, coating everything in the sauce. Add salt/pepper to taste.
4. Lightly crush the cashews and sprinkle over the dish, lightly mixing it one more time.
5. Serve and enjoy!

🥬 Check out this awesome collard wraps recipe!

We love collard greens, and this recipe makes for a quick, easy-to-make recipe that just might replace flour wraps for you all together. Thanks to Eating Bird Food for this beautiful creation!

The recipe is very simple:
1. Wash and dry collard leaves and then use a paring knife to shave down the stems. This will make them much easier to fold.

2. Place collard leaves on a flat surface, spread 1/4 cup of hummus near the top/middle of each leaf, fill each leaf with the remaining veggies, splitting each amount between the two wraps. Wrap the leaves as you would a burrito. Cut each wrap in half and enjoy.

Enjoy!
