A native Memphian with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Savannah Burton—owner, therapist and clinical supervisor—decided nearly 6 years ago that it was time to create the practice she had always wanted to work for—one where both clients and therapists feel supported, heard and cared for.

What began in a small office in her backyard has grown into a boutique counseling and consulting practice with eight clinicians and two Germantown locations.

My Memphis Therapist offers in-person and telehealth therapy for ages 10 and up, with a special focus on women’s mental health. While the team treats a wide range of mental health concerns, some primary areas of focus include:
