In partnership with The Kentucky Theater, Lindsey’s new film non-profit (Bluegrass Film Friends) is launching a film festival for high school students in Fayette county. If you know someone who qualifies and might like to submit a film, please share! Submissions are open through May 10th.

First we got to see Kentucky's own Matthew Smitley premiere his amazing short film, That Groovy Rotten Smell, at Twelve Lions Film Festival last week. Now we're launching a Seed & Spark campaign for his next short film, Walk! We're All Going to the Same Place, which we're so excited to help him produce. This filmmaker is so talented y'all, and we're honored to be a part of his next project. Check out the details below!

The film was conceived after experiences with part-time substitute teaching. The director observed a team of women simultaneously dealing with their own personal and emotional obstacles, while taking care of one another, and never letting it seep into the classroom or affect their students.
