Today, the system is celebrating the day 🔥Lianne joined our family 🥰

Most of the alters in Kitten's system share the same birthday as the body but some alters have their own "birthday" because they joined the system during a time in our healing where we began intentionally honoring every part of us 💖

This is one of the days where we are reminded of how much courage it took the system to survive and create a life where each part is able to feel safe and thrive ✨

Our condition may be disabling and difficult to navigate but we've worked very hard to reclaim our story and see it as a tale of unconditional self love 😊

HAPPY DID AWARENESS DAY 🐱🔥

As someone who grew up with cptsd, my healing journey helped me realize that my DID is proof I loved myself enough to keep going and that my alters were not my enemies 💖

So this is a tattoo we got to honor our system and all our efforts to stay alive! Our journey with each other was far from easy and we used to be at each other's throats 24/7 LOL but now we can proudly say we are truly grateful for one another 🥰

Each emoji 🌸💜🔪💧🌹❄️🌼🔥💀🌻💕represents the 11 members of our system and kitten represents the system as a whole! (we also added a moon to represent our patron deity 😉)
