Do you ever wonder where the food you eat comes from?

The origin of soil heath is a lot more important than most consumers understand. If our soil isn’t rich the quality of our food will keep depleting.

It’s our goal to share more education about healthy soil from producers and community members who work daily to use regenerative agriculture practices that are better for our environment and nutrition.

We’ve got a lot planned for this summer, stay tuned!

Delicious meal crafted by the one and only Chef T.R.

A Celebration of Local Food Chef Inkka Beaudion and Chef T.R. Fuentes McKenzie joined forces to create an unforgettable five-course meal inspired by locally sourced ingredients and regional flavor.

This intimate dining experience showcased the best of our local food community—featuring okra, frog legs, pasture-raised chicken from Mayborn Acres, and a decadent sweet potato dessert that left guests delighted. This private dinner was truly a success!

A heartfelt thank-you to the talented chefs and collaborators who made this event a celebration of edible artistry and community connection — Chef Inkka Beaudion, Chef T.R. Fuentes McKenzie, Chef Joseph Eastman, Chef Madeline Porter, , Kristine Reiner, and Chef Jordan Palms.

🍴 Edible Origins continues to celebrate the people and places behind our food, one story (and one meal) at a time.
