We’re starting the week by (re)introducing Jan Loup! — she redefined the meaning of insanity during her set at our last Midgar x Acid Reflux. We’ve become friends since then, and we’re thrilled to finally bring her back to Berlin — this time for a rare ambient and downtempo set at .

Exactly a month to go until Midgar x useless seconds at Berlin — time to start introducing the lineup.

We first saw Shy One ( ) closing Atonal Festival this year — she completely blew our minds. Her energy behind the decks is unreal, moving between dnb, grime, and house so effortlessly, making her records fly in and out with jaw dropping elegance and mastery.

Midgar and useless seconds are teaming up once again, this time for a club night at on Saturday 8th November!
We’re focusing all our energies on the music program, gathering artists who deliver a truly novel sound, and represent both labels aesthetic merging together. We’ll introduce each one of them in the next weeks.

Gehør is hosting us for a Midgar & Friends Night together with Tresor regular Arthur Baron, and Nice2BeNice founder Dj Heartbreak and Severja going b3b - This will also serve as a cute unofficial preparty for .oslo minifestival happening that weekend. Time for a sweet throwback!! It’s finally online the recording of favorite Midgar’s ambient selector Lilli Zylka opening the outdoor stage at our last summer open air, in collaboration with the French crew of .seconds , taking place at Backsteinboot in Berlin Spandau.

A bit late with this, as there was no rush on important details! please check our linktree to find updates via telegram channel. The venue is somewhere in east berlin -another cue is that it’s the first time for Midgar to be there. weather forecast says it could get a bit rainy (40%) in the afternoon, but nothing to worry about.

Exactly one month ago we released Signals from the Stars by Đ.K. - and we want to express an heartfelt thanks for the trust in the label, delivering one of the best records of our catalogue.

Back in 2021, after listening and playing ‘Đ.K - The Goddess is Dancing’ that brought me in the rabbit hole of his flawless discography, I decided to reach out to Dangkhoa and plant a seed, hoping that sooner or later we could work together.

Couple of years passed, and in 2023 I noticed him including track on Midgar in a Kiosk Radio Show - that made me so happy! I sent a message to say thanks and reminded that doors were always open ✨

Finally I received some great news by the end of last year (December 2024) including a pack of 4 tracks!
Not much to do, they were perfect! But two of them deserved an extended length, which Dangkhoa reworked in no time.

Till this point we never met in person, but later on during 2025 we could finally bring him to Berlin for the Midgar x .seconds openair at Backsteinboot, where he played a super sick set! (that we’re going to release soon!)

Thank you for everything, my friend!

This Thursday at .berlino Midgar x .live bring together friends from opposite sides of the world, while delivering a selection of downtempo, ambient and electronica.

We’ll kick off at 6PM with the main heads behind Midgar & Wigwam : a b2b of .ja and - followed by a djset by .wav !The second half of the evening will be in the hands of presenting a liveset, and for the closing.

Intimate setting, big vibes. See you there.
Entrance fee is donation based and extremely appreciated 💕

Đ.K. - Signals from the Stars is out today! The physical copies will hit the stores this week ♥️ while the full streaming of the release is on our soundcloud. Thanks to for the trust in the label and delivering such beautiful music, what a talent! For the occasion, together with we selected a special paper with a grainy tactile texture that would match the cover artwork.
