Whether KANNADA originated from TAMIL or not is still a matter of debate, but the statement itself was unnecessary…. Of course, KAMAL have said it without malice, unintentionally… yet that one careless remark has now landed the film THUG LIFE in trouble, with calls for a ban in KARNATAKA….

Like the TAMIL proverb says, "தவளை தன் வாயால் கெடும்" & "வேலிக்குள் போன ஓனானை வேட்டிக்குள் இழுத்தது போல"…. That’s exactly the fate THUG LIFE is now facing, all because of KAMAL’s one tongue slip comment….

Even in the THUG LIFE promotional interviews, whenever a question is posed to other cast members, KAMAL often jumps in & answers on their behalf, unintentionally overshadowing them….

Sometimes, too much knowledge & too much wisdom can become the double-edged sword. KAMAL is a brilliant actor & thinker, no doubt but even smart people need to know when to speak & when to hold back. In this case, a single unnecessary comment has caused a storm that could have easily been avoided..

This shows us one clear truth, being wise is not just about knowing things, it's about knowing what to say, when to say it & when to stay silent. Even the right words at the wrong time can lead to the wrong results..
