YEIMI NEFTALIN FRUTOS-MEJIA, 42, of Minnetonka has been charged with felony interfering with privacy.

Charges say Crystal police responded to a report of a s*x offense at Bella's Shoppe Bakery and Coffee at 3549 Douglas Dr N, after an 18-year-old found a cell phone in the bathroom that had videos recorded of her naked.

Upon serving a search warrant, police found the described phone on Frutos-Mejia's desk. They also found another phone hidden under a divider in the lobby area.

Frutos-Mejia initially denied knowing anything about the recordings, but eventually admitted he had been recording her for a couple of weeks with the intent of making p**nographic content that he'd seen online.

Frutos-Mejia is out of custody on $2,000 bail.

Jeremy Martin Alvarez, 03/22/1994-age 31, of Owatonna and a former school custodian has been sentenced to 5 years on probation for possession of child p**n. His 15-month prison sentence was stayed, and four other felony counts were dismissed in a plea deal.

The criminal complaint described multiple videos depicting child p**n that were connected to Alvarez's email and online messaging apps.

Kylie Elizabeth Feldick,12/09/1995-age 29, has been charged in Dakota County with four felonies involving 1st and 2nd degree s-xual conduct with a minor and producing child p-rn, and one GM count of be******ty for involving a dog.

Charges say she took video of herself touching and performing s-x acts on a ~5-year-old boy, then coaxed the dog to get involved while pleasuring herself next to the child🤢

Feldick remains in custody on $750,000 bail.

Bryce Mitchelle Clark, 10.31.1991-age 33, of Burnsville, has been charged in Dakota County with felony stalking.

The criminal complaint outlines a pattern of harassment Clark has engaged in for over a year involving a 13-year-old girl, whom Clark believes he is dating (due to "mental deficiencies"). Clark was previously employed by the girl's parent when he developed the delusion.

Clark has repeatedly violated a restraining order issued a year ago by contacting or attempting to contact the minor through calls and texts and leaving messages, some with vague threats.

Last week, police officers responded to a report that Clark was present outside Victim's residence. Upon arrival, police officers located Clark at the bottom of the driveway. Clark stated that he was only there to apologize. On the front porch, police officers located a bible and a letter which were left by Clark. A neighbor stated that Clark had been there for several hours, waiting for Victim to arrive home.

Clark is being held on $80,000 bail.

Neira was also recently charged with 1st degree burglary of an occupied dwelling, threats of violence, 2nd degree assault, and two counts of domestic assault. He was let out on bail on Monday, the same day the Anoka County warrant was issued 🙄

A suspect charged last year with 5th degree criminal s*xual conduct after performing lewd acts in front of children at a Blaine park, has now been charged with 1st degree criminal s*xual conduct involving a minor.

Charges say Kyle Anthony Pekula repeatedly s*xually assaulted a 13-year-old male gymnastics student he was coaching in 2017.

Pekula was charged by summons and is not in custody. His first court appearance on the new charge is scheduled for June 20 in Anoka County District Court.

The prior case is still active in the court system.

Glen Albert Lotthammer, 68, of Raymond MN and a reported school bus driver in Kandiyohi County has been charged with six felony counts related to alleged child p**n possession and dissemination, some counts involving minors under age 14.

Charges say the investigation began following a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about 40 child p**n images being uploaded and/or shared over the internet and involved an IP address belonging to Lotthammer.

Detectives examined the images that reportedly showed multiple s*xual images of a prepubescent minor boy and other images of juvenile males between six to thirteen years old.

A search warrant was obtained for Lotthammer's residence and several electronic devices were seized. Based an investigator's examination of the items, there were 682 images of suspected child p**nography found on six different devices. The complaint describes several of the images that involve minor boys under age 13, some as young as approximately 6-years-old, involved in s*x acts, some involving adults with the minors.

The complaint notes that after Lotthammer read the search warrant, he stated he "wouldn’t be able to drive a bus anymore." He declined to speak with law enforcement at the time and was arrested.

Lotthammer was conditionally released on zero bail and is out of custody. His next hearing is scheduled for July 16 in Kandiyohi County.

Oscar Elias Padilla Jovel, 29, of Burnsville has been "sentenced" on 1st degree criminal s*xual conduct involving forcing an 8-year-old male to perform oral s-x during a church event. The assault occurred at Padilla Jovel's residence when he was living with his parent who is a pastor.

Padilla Jovel's 12-year prison sentence was stayed by Dakota County Judge Stacey E. Sorensen Green, who instead sentenced him to a year in the workhouse, and he is allowed work release seven days a week including Sundays.

Jacob Benjamin Jonas, 39, of Andover has been charged with two counts of 2nd degree criminal s*xual conduct involving minors under 16 and 14, involving repeated acts.

Electronic devices and "burner phones" were also located, which indicated Jonas may have been presenting himself as a minor girl [to other possible victims].

Jonas posted $50,000 bond and is out of custody.

Chaska s*x offender previously given slap on the wrist in Hennepin County now federally indicted for distributing child p**n

The indictment alleges that Nicholas Richard Lugo, 25, distributed multiple CSAM videos over the internet last July.

A Chaska man with a prior conviction for s*xual assault of a child is facing a new federal charge, according to the U.S. attorney.
