At the end of 2020 V***r Nein lost one of our founding members, and the heart of the collective, DJ Brigida.

Over the last year friends and family have worked to have a book of her writing and illustrations published, based on wishes expressed by Bridget.

The launch is this Friday at Miscellania in Melbourne, and will feature readings from the book as well as sets by VN comrades Buck Cherry, TOMMAC, Grotto, Female Wizard, Heat Check and DJ Group Hug

It's been three years since my first paid gig, helming Adidoss on the tiny wobbly stage at the old Radio Bar, with an assortment of UKG bangers and far less skill than confidence. Thank you to everybody in Narrm and abroad who has helped me grow as a DJ and a person in the last few years. I've learned so much about my performance craft, and the support and surroundings of the Q***r rave scene gave me so much latitude to explore my identity at a time when I needed that space desperately.

On a different note, I just wrapped up plans to move overseas. You've got till July to book me, and then I'm running off to chillier climes and exciting new times. I'll miss you all so much ❤
