🌍 Continuous international investment
• In fiscal year 2025, ThaiBev has prepared an investment budget of over 18 billion baht, an increase of 2–3 times from the original, to expand the beverage and food business in ASEAN under the PASSION 2030 policy.  
• Investing over 9.5 billion baht in non-alcoholic beverages and setting up a 50 million liter beer factory in Cambodia, using a budget of over 3 billion baht.
🍶 Dairy farm in Malaysia
• Under the PASSION 2030 strategy, investing in the construction of Agri Valley Farm in Malaysia through the acquisition of F&N, with a target to produce over 200 million liters of milk per year. 
🥂 Expanding the world-class premium liquor business
• Expanding the premium whisky brand “Prakaan” into a Thai single malt brand– With businesses in France (Cognac Larsen worth 58.5 million euros) and New Zealand (Cardrona Distillery) 
🍜 Food and restaurants in ASEAN
• Prepare to invest 1.3 billion baht to expand restaurant branches in 2025
• Aim to expand the Shabushi and Oishi Bistro brands to CLMV (Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam) by 2027-2028 
🌐 Digital and logistics
• ThaiBev aims to drive with the strategy of "Reach Competitively" — reaching customers throughout ASEAN and "Digital for Growth" — using technology to help the sales system, distribution and logistics (e.g. AI, cold chain system) 
Today, Thaibev is no longer just a beverage company, but is also expanding into digital and technology businesses
