⛑State of Emergency - A Do Not Use Water Advisory was Issued after a water main break occurred. Over 750 Underwood residents do not have access to water. The city is asking for support in helping distribute bottles and jugs of water to residents. No exact timeline has been given when water access will be allowed - pending state regulation/tests. Highway 23 at Johnsons Corner remains closed. We do not have an estimated time for reopening. Keene Fire is managing the scene and additional updates will be shared as they become available.

Reroute Information:

• Eastbound traffic from Watford City on Highway 23 is being rerouted south on 114th Ave. NW, then east on Beavercreek Road (CR45), and north on 110th Ave. NW (CR53), to the Johnson’s Corner roundabout.

• Westbound traffic from Johnson’s Corner is being rerouted south on 110th Ave. NW (CR53), then west on Beavercreek Road (CR45), and north on 114th Ave. NW, returning traffic to Highway 23.

Motorists should expect delays, avoid the area if possible, and follow directions from emergency personnel.
