Christopher Bell will fill in for Friesen this weekend at Watkins Glen, and Honeycutt will drive the No.02 entry for Young’s Motorsports.

NEWS, UPDATE: Kaden Honeycutt has been released from NIECE Motorsports. Connor Zilisch will drive the No.45 Chevy Silverado this weekend at Watkins Glen, and then Bayley Currey will take over driving duties for the remainder of the 2025 season.

Honeycutt has signed with another team and manufacturer for 2026. While not mentioned on the PR, Honeycutt could be headed to one of the new RAM teams…

Update: According to Bob Pockrass, Honeycutt is expected to sign with Tricon for 2026. He is likely the replacement for Stewart Friesen for the rest of 2025 after Bell runs the 52 at the Glen.

NEWS: Christopher Bell will fill in for Stewart Friesen at Watkins Glen in the No.52 Halmar International Toyota Tundra TRD Pro.

Stewart Friesen is recovering from injuries sustained in a Super DirtCar Series race in Canada.

The Halmar Friesen team will continue to run the rest of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season and contend for the Owners Championship, after Stewart won for the team at Michigan earlier this summer. Further announcements will be coming at a later date on the driver lineup.

NEWS: Brent Crews Motorsports launches a new NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team which is set to compete in several races during the rest of the 2025 season. The team will make its debut at Watkins Glen next weekend as the No.70 Toyota Tundra team with primary backing from Pristine Auctions. The team will operate select races during the rest of the season with Crews being the primary driver. The team will operate temporarily out of the Nitro Motorsports shop (Trans-AM team).

Further details and partners will be released at a later date.
