You know what time it is? 🛣️🍍

This week’s is Eternal Paths — a 6.0% IPA from Bustad Brewing Co. out of Lidköping, Sweden 🇸🇪

Haven’t popped the can yet, but based on the label, I feel like I’m about to step into a neon-drenched alternate reality where all roads lead to tropical haze.

Pineapple, mango, grapefruit, honey…
Sounds like it’s brewing up to be a sunset in a glass.

Huge fan of the artwork — like Blade Runner meets beach holiday

Anyone tried this one yet?
And what are you cracking open for your ?

Let me know 👇
Cheers to the Weekend 🍻

New EPIC Video out!
Wild or Safe? That’s the question 🍺
I fermented one cider with my sourdough starter, the other with Angel Yeast A01 — side by side, same juice, totally different results.
Check out the showdown here:

You know what time it is?

This week’s is Berserker — a 5.5% Autumn Red Ale from New Level Brewing in Canada 🍁🇨🇦

I haven’t cracked it yet, but this can is already screaming Valhalla in a pint.

They’re promising apricot, orange peel, pine resin, and crisp knäckebröd (a Swedish nod, I see you) — all wrapped up in a malty, red-hued brawler.

The label alone looks like it could invade your bar.

Will it taste like battle glory… or blood and pinecones?

I’ll find out soon over on the Brew Crew feed 🍺

This week’s is Wowsers — a 6.8% New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek out of Berlin 🇩🇪

Haven’t cracked it open yet, but judging from the name and the label, this one’s aiming to wow.

They’re promising pineapple, grapefruit, honey, and soft breadiness with a touch of sweetness — the kind of NEIPA that sounds like it could double as juice for hopheads.

Let’s hope it’s thick, fruity, and absolutely glowing in the glass.

Have you tried anything from Fuerst Wiacek?

New EPIC Video out!
Hard cider + sourdough yeast = madness or magic?
I brewed 3 liters of Swedish apple must in the iGulu F1… with my sourdough starter. The result? A tart, dry, slightly funky cider at 5% ABV.

This week’s is GBG NYA IPL — a 5.2% India Pale Lager from Göteborgs Nya Bryggeri 🇸🇪

Haven’t cracked it yet, but just look at that label…
An old sailor, a sailing ship, a hop storm brewing in the background — this one better taste like sea breeze and citrus cannonballs.

They’re promising knäckebröd, nectarine, rosemary, apricot, and citrus peel.
Clean lager crispness meets hop bite? I’m intrigued.

Here’s hoping the west coast of Sweden knows how to party on both land and lager.

Tried it? Let me know.

This week’s is Zlatá 12 — a Czech pilsner from Kutná Hora 🇨🇿

I haven’t cracked it open yet, but this one’s got classic written all over it. Brewed since 1573, it’s supposed to deliver malty vibes, crisp bitterness, a touch of syrup, orange peel, knäckebröd (if you're a Swede, you know) , and herbs.

I mean, look at that label.
Looks like it should come with its own fanfare.

Anyone tried this before? And what are you sipping for your ?

You know what time it is? 🍻🚀

This week’s is Humlekanon — a 7.5% West Coast IPA from Norway’s Haandbryggeriet 🇳🇴

Part of their Classic Range, but don’t let the retro label fool you. This one’s locked and loaded with:

Mango

Grapefruit

Pine

Sponge cake

Rosemary

Basically: a forest-floor fruit salad with attitude.
(Humlekanon = “Hop Cannon,”)

Big cheers to our neighbors across the border for keeping it bitter and bold.
I can’t wait to shotgun this... or do I say cannon this... on a sunny Friday evening. 😏

Brew Crew — I’ll see you behind the scenes in a bit with this Norwegian masterpiece. (Fingers crossed it delivers.)

ou know what time it is?

This week’s is Cyber Sue — a 7.2% IPA from Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. out of the USA.

You’ve seen Sue before… but not like this. Upgraded with cybernetics and jacked with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops — she’s stomping into the weekend like a glitchy dino from the hop dimension.

I’m expecting full-frontal fruit fury: mango, grapefruit, passionfruit, spruce tips, and a whisper of ambrosia cake. Basically: a hazy Jurassic rave in a can.

The label? Absolutely delivers. The beer? We’ll find out.

Ever tried anything from Toppling Goliath?

You know what time it is? 🍻
This week’s comes with claws.

Dirty Black Winter — a Black IPA from Odd Island Brewing right here in Sweden.
And this one came by post, courtesy of Jonas Eliasson (legend!).
Also totally stole Jonas’ photo because I haven’t cracked my own can yet.

Black IPA is one of my absolute favorite styles when it’s done right, and this beast clocks in at 6.4%, promising notes of roasted rye bread, grapefruit peel, pine resin, spice, and dark syrup.
Basically: like licking a charred forest that’s been dusted with citrus and witch magic.

I mean, just look at it it...
Can’t wait to crack it open this weekend.

Tried it? Fan of Black IPAs?
