You know what time it is.
This week’s is The Redemption Brew — my very own Halloween creation. 🎃
A bright, pumpkin-inspired Amarillo ale, born from the ashes of a failed experiment… and somehow, it actually turned out great.
Light DME, roasted pumpkin purée, a touch of orange zest, and a double hit of Amarillo hops — fruity, smooth, and a little bit spooky.
No spices. No gimmicks. Just a clean, citrusy ale that almost never existed.
Because when your first idea is fermenting beer inside a pumpkin, you kind of need a redemption arc.
So yeah — this Friday, I’m celebrating Halloween with the beer that saved the special.
Cheers to persistence, pressure fermentation, and bad ideas that lead to good ones. 🍻
