You know what time it is? 🌙🍻

This week’s is Fever Dream – a 7% New England IPA from Griffin Claw Brewing Co., straight outta Michigan, USA.

True to its name, it's supposed to be a trippy hop ride through juicy papaya, orange marmalade, and passionfruit — layered with sponge cake sweetness and a hit of piney resin. Soft, hazy, a little wild… like a lucid dream in a can.

I mean, just look at the can.

ou know what time it is? 🐾🍻
This week’s is Golden Hoppies IPA from Hop Notch — brewed in the island paradise of Vaxholm, Sweden.

A New School West Coast IPA clocking in at 5.8%, it bursts with tropical notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and grapefruit — backed by a sharp, clean bitterness and a subtle herbal twist.

The name? The label? The beer? Hopefully, all joy.
Let’s raise a toast to sunshine and good hops!

You know what time it is?

This Friday Beer lands on Sweden’s National Day – so of course I’m raising a glass of something Swedish: Oppigårds Amarillo 🍺

A classic APA brewed in Dalarna, single-hopped with Amarillo. Expect bright notes of orange marmalade, pine, red berries, and that lovely knäckebröd vibe that makes it feel extra Swedish.

5.9% of pure national pride.

This week’s Friday Beer is a juicy transatlantic collab from Omnipollo x WeldWerks – Freaky Friday Juicy Bits IPA 🍍

Omnipollo brewed WeldWerks' flagship NEIPA right here in Sweden, and it promises pure tropical juice vibes with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

The name says it all. The timing’s perfect.
Freaky. Friday. Juicy. Bits.

You know what time it is? 🍺

This week’s Friday Beer is Nebulosa — a hazy pilsner brewed by To Øl in collaboration with Italy’s Birrificio Italiano.

A mashup of tradition and innovation, this one combines German noble hops with oats and spelt for a soft, hazy body. Promising floral, herbal vibes with a gentle malt sweetness and a fresh twist on the classic pilsner.

This Friday Beer is The Interior Life And The External World from Cloudwater, Manchester, UK – a DDH Pale brewed with Citra, Motueka, and fermented with Kveik yeast 🍍

At 5%, it promises juicy waves of pineapple, mango, and citrus with that rustic, expressive edge Kveik is known for. Sounds like something worth celebrating the start of the weekend with.

This week’s Friday Beer is Aldersbacher Maibock — a 7% golden bock brewed in Bavaria with Hallertau Tradition and Saphir hops.
Malty, rich, and full of spring energy — with notes of knäckebröd, honey, apricot, and herbs 🌿
Sounds like it could be a good way to kick-start the weekend!

A New England IPA brewed only with modern Czech hops: Ceres, Eris, and Saturn.
No idea what to expect… but that’s the fun part, right? Friday Beer is a celebration—for all of us who love cracking something new at the end of the week 🍻
