ready, steady, cook! 👨🍳 i went along to the The Vegetarian Society african flavours class and discovered five new dishes that I’ll definitely be making again.
all of the dishes were tasty, but my favourite was definitely the jollof rice, followed closely by the full medames and the african donuts. Maz Linford was running this class and was incredibly helpful and full of insight. not only do you walk away with some new recipes and knowledge, but you end up making enough to walk away with some leftovers. 😋
this wasn’t the first time I’d visited COOK with the Vegetarian Society and it won’t be the last. their classes are great for gifts and social activities. i’d highly recommend checking out their upcoming classes on their website 👉 vegsoc.org/cook/classes
