We are SO excited to announce our new issue: Drift, Volume 14: MIAMI! 🌞

Called the Capital of Latin America, Miami tells the story of the coffee-rich rim around the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico. With its colorful confluence of cultures, the city has become a unique meeting place for artists, musicians, tourists, and coffee roasters—and more recently, even professional athletes. In this issue, we introduce you to their stories. In doing so, you’ll discover that, from the sweet cafecitos of Little Havana to the Third Wave roasts in the city’s artsy Wynwood district, the Magic City offers a brew for everyone.

The British capital has become an unlikely hotbed for a rapidly evolving coffee scene, absorbing diverse influences from its increasingly diverse citizenry. Home to deeply entrenched tea culture, the development of the city mirrors the development of its booming coffee scene. As the younger generation welcomes coffee traditions from Brooklyn, Melbourne, Turkey, and more, London, home of the royal family, iconic red phone booths, and double-decker buses, grapples with its identity. In this issue, we explore how tea-crazy London went mad for coffee and how its integration of international coffee-savvy experts is changing as Brexit looms.
