یاسین ملک صاحب کا مشال ملک صاحبہ کو اپنے نکاح سے آزاد کرنے کا فیصلہ 😌💔
“Through this affidavit, I also wish to address my wife and my daughter. For the last eight years, I have not been able to hear your voices or communicate with you, as I was not permitted phone calls or video conferencing with you.”
اپنی اہلیہ مشعال ملک کے نام اور بارے میں وہ اپنے بیان میں لکھتے ہیں:
“I do not want you to spend the rest of your life carrying the burden of my circumstances or living as a widow. I therefore request you to find the courage to begin a new chapter of your life with dignity and hope.”
اور پھر وہ ایک نہایت دردناک اور اپنی زندگی کا مشکل فیصلہ لکھتے ہیں:
“Before I will be hanged, I have taken the decision to separate you from the bond of our Nikah.”
اپنی 13 سالہ بیٹی رضیہ سلطانہ کے لئیے پیغام
“To my beloved thirteen-year-old daughter, Raziya Sultana, I wish to say that I have not heard your voice for the last eight years.”
“Today, while I remain confined within my cell, I carry your memories with me every moment. In my death cell, there is only myself and your photograph.”
“Through your picture, I feel your presence with me twenty-four hours a day. I can only pray for your happiness, your safety and your bright future.”
اپنی بیٹی سے وہ اپنی والدہ کے لیے حکم کی بجائے یہ درخواست لکھتے ہیں:
“I request you, my beloved daughter, to kindly call your grandmother every day for at least five minutes, so that she may feel your love, affection and support during these difficult times.”
بیانِ حلفی کا اختتام — یاسین ملک کے اپنے الفاظ
اختتامی حصے میں یاسین ملک لکھتے ہیں:
“No human institution can erase what actually happened. No passage of time can transform falsehood into truth. No repetition of an allegation can make it a fact.”
اور پھر:
“I therefore leave this affidavit not as a plea for sympathy, nor as an appeal for mercy, but as my final statement of conscience.”
وہ مزید لکھتے ہیں:
“I have lived with my conscience, and I shall meet my Creator with my conscience.”
اور بالآخر:
“Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.”
پھر ان کے آخری الفاظ:
“I have spoken. I have placed the truth as I know it on record. The rest I leave to Allah.”
“In my death cell, there is only myself and your photograph.”
