GALLUP POLICE NET ALLEGED KIDNAPPER
Thanks to a tip off from New Mexico State Police regarding a reported abduction, Gallup Police Dept. Lt. Mark Spencer positioned himself along the I-40 eastbound yesterday to keep an eye out for a 2008 Chevy Traverse with Minnesota plates.

The vehicle was last reported seen in Milan, N.M. Spencer, with the assistance of other officers, pulled the vehicle over in Gallup, around 3:30 pm, and without incident. The suspect and victim were removed from vehicle and NM State Police assumed responsibility for the case.

This remains an ongoing investigation by the New Mexico State Police, and this story will be updated pending further information.
