I just got sick of hating my body..

So one day I made the choice to stop.

Stop neglecting it.
Stop weighing in every day (sometimes twice)
Stop eating and drinking to punish it
Stop over exercising and training so I could eat
Stop looking in the mirror and hating on it.

I started showing acceptance
I started to appreciate what it could do and not what it looked like
I started to believe I was worthy of nurturing no matter what my size.

I truly love my body today. Some days are hard. But I know we've got each other.

Daily Movement Challenge 🏋🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️👯‍♀️💪🏼
Starting SUNDAY 6th October
While I love to walk, I also love to workout and as my body gets stronger and I can add in some weights and other movement.
Even though we resist it - exercise is so good for our mental health. By pushing ourselves to do the smallest amount of movements (even just 10 minutes) it has unbelievable benefits.
Think of how you can just add some exercise in - even if it's just in 10 minute blocks.
This challenge will be running through until Christmas Eve - 80 days of movement.
I will be uploading a Tracker for you to download and stick up on your wall, you can tick of each day you get the movement in.
On average it takes 66 days to form a habit, and this will get you well on your way to moving every day! Small steps = big changes.
