I just got sick of hating my body..
So one day I made the choice to stop.
Stop neglecting it.
Stop weighing in every day (sometimes twice)
Stop eating and drinking to punish it
Stop over exercising and training so I could eat
Stop looking in the mirror and hating on it.
I started showing acceptance
I started to appreciate what it could do and not what it looked like
I started to believe I was worthy of nurturing no matter what my size.
I truly love my body today. Some days are hard. But I know we've got each other.
