Some of you may have noticed that our much anticipated next episode is late for release... We had planned to queue things up better, but we've run out of time to edit our most recent episodes before having to pause for a planned break/hiatus! So sorry, but no more episodes until later in the year!

Two thirds of the Buffy Straya gang will be galivanting around Europe for a couple of months, and the remaining third of us will be having a whole different kind of family adventure. More details when we're back.

As always, thanks so much for sticking with us! We will definitely be back!

Bit of a niche comparison here for those of you really on top of your 90s pop culture. Most of you will be familiar with the very popular TV show Sabrina the Teenage Witch starring Melissa Joan Hart, but many of you will have missed the precursor movie of the same name! Tara and Willow's floaty dance number is very reminiscent of a the Sabrina/Harvey dance that came first!

The gang is excited to see a strong female villain this season!

Chris is feeling gaslit by Mabel and Megan’s lack of discussion of Ben – he was certain last episode that he was important and we tried to skip over him again this episode. Chris is not having it! But he does have a prediction – Ben is going to be the rebound for Riley.. the ReBen, if you will.

A late but new Angel Ep out now!

The Buffy Straya gang agreed this was... a perfectly fine episode. Dreadful demon of the week make up and a persistently bad Darla story line aside, there were enough good moments to redeem it - for Megan that mostly consisted of the MVP of the episode - the pink helmet!

Chris's jaw literally drops when he finds out the level of 'twinning' in this hilarious episode of Buffy, and a single line from Riley seems to make all the difference in the Buffy Straya gang's opinion of the actor M. Blucas.

So.. was season 4 all just a dream..? Alas no, but perhaps it left you feeling a bit restless? Not unlike this very strange yet wonderful season finale episode!

This is not a short podcast episode, but perhaps something to tide you over the cold winter (or the desperately hot summer if you're down under like us).

We lightly touch on the problematic representation of The First Slayer, though at the risk of being yet another Tara speaking on behalf of a silenced woman of colour, there are most definitely other voices than ours worth listening to on this topic (see link below, though be wary of spoilers!).

We are back! Again! Again Again! And unfortunately we are kicking things off with the ho****st episode of Buffy ever made, and which totally made our skin crawl. Thankfully all the other characters had interesting storylines and fun lines so we could mostly ignore Buffy and Riley!
