Protein shake topped with Lucky Charms and whipped cream, without any added sugar:
Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added fiber and omega-3)
Lucky Charms cereal (for topping)
Sugar-free whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions:
In a blender, add the vanilla protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, ice cubes, and chia seeds (if using).
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth and creamy.
Pour the protein shake into a glass.
Top the shake with a small handful of Lucky Charms cereal.
Finish it off with a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy vanilla protein shake with Lucky Charms and whipped cream!
Note: You can adjust the consistency of the shake by adding more or less almond milk and ice cubes, depending on your preference.
