So, this is my friend Debbie Valenti wearing her Mutha Records t shirt. Debbie was in the band Mystery Girls. They played at CBGB’s, Max’s, Great Gildersleeves and many other local NYC and NJ clubs. They did a punk rendition of Nancy Sinatra’s “These Boots are Made for Walkin’” which came out as a picture sleeve single.The “B” side song “Ego” was featured in the Max’s Kansas City film documentary. We have been friends since 1979 when we worked together at Arista Records in NYC and are still friends to this day…🧷🧷🧷🧷🧷
