The assassins have failed again this year! This Saturday your humble host is turning 45, and I'm kicking off my birth-week tonight, at 7pm-ish, with 619 Monday Night Trivia - BIRTHDAY EDITION at 619 Cantina Oldetowne!

I am not so much aging like a fine wine, more like a grocery store banana. Starts off green for what seems like forever, then is ripe for 5 minutes t 3am and ready for the garbage by breakfast!

I hope everyone had a nice 4th of July, unfortionately I was outside for about 10 minutes before I got seriously ill and had to run home. Even had to pop into a restroom at pub because I didn't think I would be able to keep my lunch down beforr I got home.

Sadly didn't even get to have a drink so I am not sure if it might have been food poisoning, heat exhaustion, too many pain pills, coming down with something, etc but everything that has ever been in me got expelled last night and while I am sore, I do feel a little better.

But I did get a little light headed (so could have been blood sugar) and I have been coughing and sneezing all week so maybe its a cold or a perfect storm of a bunch of stuff... but I live, despite my attempts and wishes to the contrary.

What a lovely Saturday, wandered around the Portsmouth Olde Towne Farmers Market & Friends of the Portsmouth Public Library sale, had a couple of beers with my friend miss Amy Epksm at The Bier Garden, and met a new friend Godzooky for lunch on the corner of Washington St.

The menu was a little rare but when in Gnome.... Now I am inside hiding from the sun like the little creature of the night I am.
