YouTube just made A/B testing even more powerful 🚀

Titles matter just as much as thumbnails - and now, creators can A/B test both.

You can now compare up to three titles and thumbnails per video, seeing which combination drives the most engagement.

This builds on the thumbnail A/B testing tool (used over 15 million times since 2023) - and it’s another step toward data-driven creativity on YouTube 📊

We’ve taken part in the MIPCOM CANNES 2025 and here are some key takeaways from the event ✨

For the first time, YouTube had a major presence at the world’s largest TV and streaming market – perfectly timed with its 20th anniversary. The spotlight was on the creator economy, with panels, workshops, and networking showing how digital-first storytelling is transforming film and television.

From inspiring panels to vibrant networking events – including the YouTube Space and cocktail – the conversations centered around new models of monetization, evolving audience behaviors, and the opportunities emerging at the intersection of traditional media and digital-first storytelling.

Cannes once again proved to be the place where the future of content takes shape.
