The MTCC Round 3 saw some epic battles and some controversial moves on the circuit and after 300km of racing, here are your winners!

It was all smiles in the Honda Malaysia Racing Team as they brought home a 1-2 finish in the MT1600 class, with #8 Papaya Pay showing the FK7 is still a fast machine in the right hands.

Dirt Assault is back for Round 2 and the special bit they’re bringing this time around? The fun goes on even after the sun goes down!

Bringing a whole different challenge, Round 2 also saw more participants signing up to tackle the Bay 13 gravel course. We’re hoping to see this turning into a regular event in the local motorsports calendar because the atmosphere was electric!

It’s a level paying field for everyone, and the recent TGR Malaysia Vios Gold Championship gave us plenty of action from start to finish!

In Race 1, Telagamas Toyota’s Freddie Ang raced to victory from pole position to finish 5.9 seconds ahead of RH Kalulong Motorsport’s Timothy Yeo. Finishing 3rd in the one-hour race was Team Prima Pearl SP Selatan’s and also former champion Mitchell Cheah.

Sporting class saw Hong Huat X Armada KK Racing’s Elson Lew take the chequered flag a massive 10.9 seconds in front of Saksama Motorsports’ Taj Izrin Aiman and Axle Sports’ Aditya Patnaik a further two seconds adrift in 3rd place.

Rookie Class saw the emergence of a dominant drive from 16-year-old Ethen Low who went on to win both Race 1 and Race 2. He finished his first race a massive 18.7 seconds ahead of his nearest rival Ervin Lim while taking 3rd was Imran Iskandar.

Race 2 however was more dramatic with the safety car being deployed for three separate occasions, which saw the race ending under the safety car conditions as well.

And on Sunday’s showdown, PS Harapan Menang’s Bradley Benedict who made the most of a pole position start to runaway with the race win for Super Sporting. Cheah finished second for another podium finish while PCM Group Racing Team’s Kenneth Koh was placed 3rd.

While all the incidents were taking place in the Sporting Class, it was Axle Sports’ Patnaik from India who kept his cool throughout the one-hour race to eventually win it by the slimmest of margins – just 0.3 seconds in front of G-Mart Motorsport’s Adam Mikail. KMS 333 Motorsports’ Ariff Azmi finished 3rd. That victory also marked Patnaik’s second appearance on the winners’ podium in two races.

Low meanwhile, went on to take his second successive race win in the Rookie Class, 0.4 seconds ahead of Megat Damian and Ervin Lim who crossed the line in 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Let’s strap in for an exciting weekend as Sepang is going to be buzzing with races!

On top of the Malaysia Touring Car Championship which will feature a 300km race format this time around, there are also have three support races running on the same weekend.

The Asia Classic Car Challenge/Caterham, Toyota Vios Challenge, and the GR 86 Cup Malaysia Series will further spice up the action on the 5.543km circuit.

Oh, and don’t forget, access to the grandstands is FREE! Paddock access is also available at RM100 for 3 days.

The Skilldrvn One Make Race enters Season 4, Round 2 race at the recent 2026 MSF Series Round 2, and here’s how things went down.

Featuring a field of 10 cars, they were broken down into two groups - the Pro Series with 4 cars battling it out, and the remaining 6 in the OMR series.

Race 1 saw a clean start from the pack and #331 YY took the spotlight by converting the pole into a win. The battle for the remaining podium position was the one to look for as #27 Andy saw immense pressure coming from #168 Vox. It was on Lap 5 where Vox made the move to push Andy down to the final podium position. Unfortunately for Andy, he suffered a technical issue, losing the P3 spot to #888 Xiao Long down the road.

The OMR Series saw another commanding drive from Imran Iskandar, who controlled the race from start to finish. #791 Chee Fong remained his closest challenger throughout the race, while #704 Rafin delivered a steady run to secure P3.

Race 2 brought a twist with the standing start, and the wet surface gave a little extra on top of it.

It was again a fight between Vox and Xiaolong where both of them traded positions, all eyeing to chase race leader #331 YY. Vox however had to back out from the fight after encountering a technical issue on Lap 9.

Meanwhile, the OMR Series saw #512 Imran once again deliver a composed and consistent performance with the fastest time in the race at 3:02.083. After an excellent start, he controlled the race from the front despite persistent pressure from #704 Rafin, who matched #512 Imran’s pace from Lap 5 onwards. However, with a gap of approximately 13 seconds separating the two drivers, #512 Imran maintained his advantage to secure another commanding victory.

Speed, strategy and teamwork.

These qualities are what's needed to conquer eRacing GP's upcoming event, the 12 Hours of Spa.

This flagship endurance event will bring together the best sim racers from around Asia, set to be held on July 18. You can expect some close door-to-door races with over 30 teams from at least five countries set to put on a show.

Names to look out for on Saturday include Singapore’s top sim racer, Aleef Hamilton, who will race alongside Alister Yoong from Malaysia. They will be up against last season’s Endurance Edition Champions, Apex Racing Brunei.

Thailand’s OVERME.team will field a trio led by prominent sim racer Thanprasit Sartsuk and Malaysia’s Pepega Racing are entering no less than three teams, featuring former Toyota GAZOO RACING Rookies Justin Rahul Dev and Genevieve Ooi, who will also be the only girl on the grid.

"Events like these are designed to reward not only outright pace, but also teamwork, preparation and resilience. It is an event that captures the essence of endurance competition while giving sim racers the opportunity to compete with some of the best in Asia," said Alex Yoong, Founder of eRacing GP.

In addition to championship points and recognition, competitors will battle for specially commissioned Royal Selangor trophies, crafted to commemorate victory in one of eRacing GP's premier endurance events.

The 12 Hours of Spa will kick off at 11.00am on 18 July and will be streamed live on eRacing GP’s social channels.
