Cheesy Tortellini Bake 💛🍽️

Last night’s dinner was one of those simple, satisfying meals that just feels like home. I browned up and seasoned some ground beef, with onion and garlic, poured in a jar of marinara, added some cream cheese and let that melt and blend in, then stirred in the cheese tortellini, sprinkled it with mozzarella, and baked it until golden and bubbly.

Nothing fancy — just real food, made with love.

🧄 You could easily toss in some chopped spinach, or whatever veggies you like to sneak in.
🫶 A quick salad on the side and dinner was done.

Made for an easy Monday night dinner. ✨

Spring is here, and that means it’s time to dust off the camping gear and get our little home on wheels ready for the season! I’m out here in the camper today, and it brought back a memory from the end of last year’s camping season…

Let’s just say I thought I emptied the fridge. But when we came out to check on things after a chilly winter, we opened the door to a smell that could knock you over. Turns out my husband’s night crawlers were still in there—and it was so stinky i could hardly stand to be in the camper 🤣🤣

Lesson learned: double check the fridge and freezer! So this year, I’m starting fresh with a checklist to help make sure nothing gets missed again.
