Since posting the video last Friday, we've been receiving many passionate and thoughtful comments from netizens. Here's a sample:
• “Respect to KF Seetoh. Thanks for being the one of the few bastions of Singaporean culture.”
• "Really inconvenient questions Viswa posed to Seetoh. Questions nonchalantly and perfectly answered Seetoh."
• "Hello KF you need to balance talk about hawker sufferings and also go and find those successful hawkers that did well and to share their success."
• "If you’re uncomfortable with Seetoh’s honesty, maybe it’s because he’s exposing what others prefer to hide."
• "This topic should be brought up in Parliament to help save our hawker stalls from shutting down, especially with regard to the rising rental costs."
• “Timely and eye-opening interview...thanks for highlighting the issues underlying our hawker heritage...thought provoking indeed!”
Keep the comments coming in. This is active citizenship - just as Seetoh advocates for in the interview! Thank you!
