ایران ۔ چین۔ بھارت ۔ بنگلہ دیش ۔ عرب کے مختلف ممالک میں ابھی تک پیٹرول پر پیسے نہیں بڑھائے اگر ہم بات کرتے ہیں۔ دنیا میں پیٹرول 130 ڈالر فی بیرل تھا اس وقت پاکستان میں پیٹرول 100 روپے لیٹر میں دستیاب تھا
آج عالمی مارکیٹ میں خام تیل تقریباً 90–93 ڈالر فی بیرل ہے، مگر پاکستان میں پیٹرول تقریباً 321 روپے اور ڈیزل تقریباً 339 روپے فی لیٹر تک پہنچ چکا ہے۔
دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ 2014 میں جب تیل تقریباً 100 ڈالر فی بیرل تھا تو پاکستان میں پیٹرول تقریباً 110 روپے اور ڈیزل تقریباً 115 روپے فی لیٹر تھا۔
یعنی عالمی قیمت تقریباً وہی، مگر عوام کی جیب پر بوجھ کئی گنا زیادہ۔ لگتا ہے مسئلہ تیل نہیں، صرف مہنگا کرنے کا بہانہ ہے۔
