I’ve been getting a lot of messages from parents about Walmart Wednesday and how to get Pokémon cards, so since tonight is a potential Pokémon here are some tips. I will add links later tonight, but I’ve added in some hopeful links at the bottom of this post and in the comments (they’re affiliate links—I don’t make money from them but click through helps!!). As a PokéParent myself, I truly understand the frustration in finding cards for my sons. I feel like all I do is buy and stash for upcoming birthdays and holidays out of just fear they will be purchased by resellers. Do you do the same thing??

🚨 If you’re planning on staying up for Walmart Wednesday tonight 8/26/26, here is the quick breakdown of what’s hitting the drops and how to tackle this weekly shopping event:

Goodbye Dolly Parton 🦋 Thank you for the memories. From my love of 9 to 5 to Steel Magnolias to singing Jolene with my mom in the kitchen, you were apart of the fabric of our lives. Just like your childhood coat in your museum, each piece woven with rich history and true meaning, you colored our world with your musical prowess, deep rooted faith, and no nonsense attitude; you were a brilliant force and your energy will live on forever in the beautiful smoky mountains and beyond. Say hi to my mama for me, she loved you and her dying wish was to visit Dollywood Parks & Resorts —the last vacation she ever went on. You also have the best damn cinnamon bread I ever had in my life!!
