Gen X and Gen Y rejoice! We now have a companion to our LEGO Nintendo! Back in 1990, I got my first GAME BOY, and it came with Super Mario Land. I can’t tell you how many hours I spent playing that game. Now you can relive those magical moments in brick from. The lenticular screen shows the original splash screen display. You can even swap out lenticular screens to showcase The Legend of Zelda or Super Mario Land. The other cool parts are that the buttons are tactile, the volume control “works,” and the on and off switch slides over. Also, the screen is just as hard to see as is what back in the day! 😂 J/K The addition of the game carts really lends to the realism of this piece. I would love it if LEGO would just release the game cartridges on their own. Imagine having Pokémon Blue, Red, and Yellow to add to this build?
