The Matatu Sector in Kenya is undergoing a major shift to Electric Buses.

BasiGo which is behind the Electric Vehicles in the transport sector is undergoing expansion.

Initially they had a target of supplying the Kenyan market with 1000 buses by 2027 but this is likely to triple given the uptake by the matatu sector and the Kenyan market generally.

Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda are emerging as the major players in the EV revolution across Eastern Africa.

“Everything is seasonal,” ex-Tahidi High actress Angel Waruinge aka Miss Morgan says, opens up on making some bad choices in life.

The 43-year-old talent said she may have taken for granted her time at Tahidi High, where she was earning approximately KSh 100k per month.

“I started making money and investing when I was very young. I bought my first car when I was 26, cash money. I started making wrong choices because you think everything is permanent.”

“I have regrets on how I ‘pushed’ money. We completed bucket lists. When I look at it, it was good and fun, but it was extreme. A holiday in Malaysia is like a piece of land somewhere.
