I am incredibly grateful for the vulnerable and honest stories like this, that are meant to help us understand the daily experience of black people.

I'm grateful that Emmanuel Acho was willing to take the time to create this, because it's incredibly helpful.

I want to be sensitive that it is **not** the burden of black people to educate white people, so I am very grateful to those who have been willing to spend time with me to share their stories as I work to become a better ally.

I hope to use this podcast to amplify some of these stories that have helped me learn so much. If you are interested in sharing your story, please reach out to me. Thank you.
