Billionaires never use their money for business, they borrow from banks - if the business succeds they repay, if it fails they reposses it.

They themselves don't put money in banks, their money is in assets.

INVEST OR SAVE TO INVEST

Now the question i guess is on your mind is,..what can i invest in?

As long as the population of the people that are born are more than the population of people that die Real Estate will continue to be the most stable investment on earth.

Two things people must need in life is food and Shelter, these two things cannot be compromised.

How do you make more money by using money?
-----------------------------

It’s a tough question to answer specially if you have a lot of money to start with but with little experience.

I have invested my money in different businesses but mainly in the digital marketing space, i soeby alot in information and acquiring knowledge.

Did I make more money?
YES but not as much as i expected.

So what did I do next?
I made another investment, and i failed again.

It was only then i made up my mind to apply my digital marketing skills in a business than just selling information.

So after much consultation i choose Real Estate, it was totally new to me but i was ready to learn, i was ready to crush it and today am happy i did.

Today i am a consultant for several Real Estate companies with little or no capital investment.

With this i can say that your best investment will be you. Invest in understanding different businesses. Learn and understand how cash flow works.

Invest in learning sales, marketing and finance. Invest in business experiences
Now, if you have experience and you are confident that you can generate significant cash flow with a good amount of capital.

I would suggest that you
1. first invest in you business and scale your cash flow.

2. Invest in businesses that compliments your current business.

3. If you want to take some risk - check out the stock market, Agric or real estate and learn it.
