Who remembers when Chris Hemsworth was just Kim Hyde on Home and Away — before Thor, before Hollywood, before the whole world started calling him “Australia’s boyfriend”? 😭
Kim was peak Summer Bay: surfy, good-looking, slightly reckless, always caught up in some drama like it was a rostered shift. He had that classic “nice bloke but makes chaotic decisions” energy… the kind of character who’d be rescuing someone at the beach one minute, then knee-deep in relationship drama the next.
And it’s so funny looking back because you can literally see the “future movie star” aura… but at the time he was just that guy on Home and Away everyone’s older sister (and honestly, half the country) had a crush on. 😂
