Post production is well-underway for Time Travelers' Graveyard. For one of the shots we did, where a character gets shot with paintballs, the paintballs were not breaking on the body armor. Paintball hits were added in using VFX, using particle emitters and planar+surface trackers in Blackmagic's Fusion.

The film shoot for "Time Travelers' Graveyard" took place on May 17-18. Lots of technical challenges involving singing on set, lighting a forest, high-speed paintballs, and a misplaced CPR class, but the shoot turned out phenomenally! The first cut is funny as hell and updates on the film's progress will be posted here. This will definitely be screened at the Cookies and Comedy Film Festival at the Harris Theater, March 14th next year, and also at additional film festivals near you. Thank you to all involved!

After a great festival run, I'm proud to release my 15 minute comedy, Senior Software Engineer, to the public! Thank you to everyone involved in this production for helping make this film happen! It's inspired by my career in software engineering, with a touch of Halloween.

The film "Senior Software Engineer" has been made an official selection of the 2024 Erie International Film Festival! (https://erieinternationalfilmfest.com/) The festival takes place online from December 6th to the 16th. I'll update as more details become available.

Happy to announce that the DC AFTER DARK International Film Festival has awarded the film "Senior Software Engineer" as "Best Comedy" and "Our Nature" as "Best Experimental"! Additionally, Senior Software Engineer's lead actress, Judy Millar, won Best Actress!

You'll be able to see Senior Software Engineer's Pittsburgh debut at the Cookies and Comedy Film Festival... mark the date!

Sneaky Ghost Films Seeking COMPOSER for Short Sci-Fi Comedy Musical!

Sneaky Ghost Films is working on a short film titled Time Travelers' Graveyard, a sci-fi comedy musical, and we’re looking to hire a composer to help refine the music. The film features four short songs, and while there are some rough ideas for how the songs go, we need someone to formalize and enhance them.

The four songs are brief and designed to be fun and quirky, matching the comedic and sci-fi tone of the film. Filming is set for Spring 2025 in the Pittsburgh area.

About the Project:
Time Travelers' Graveyard is a sci-fi comedy musical that explores the unexpected consequences of a cavalier attitude toward programming best practices. The film blends humor, music, and quirky characters, with scenes set both indoors and outdoors.

Casting for the following roles:

Darren/Brenda (Male/Female, Late 20s)
Darren is a serious and detail-oriented software developer. His dry wit contrasts with the chaos around him. The actor must be comfortable with being shot by paintballs (with mask/padding).

Character traits:
- Analytical, wears glasses
- A bit anxious, with a dry sense of humor
- Singing role required
- Must be comfortable being shot by paintballs

Chuck (Male, Mid 20s)
Chuck is a laid-back, slightly pudgy developer who doesn’t always follow the rules. He’s confident, cheeky, and more focused on getting by than being thorough—until things go wrong. Looking for someone who can sing with comedic imperfection but emotional authenticity (think of a very toned down Eric Cartman). He’ll be firing a paintball gun and gets pulled along during a scene in the woods.

Character traits:
- Casual, gamer vibes
- Playful and cheeky, but a bit oblivious
- Singing role required
- Comfortable with light outdoor action
