Paper Cup Oceans – An Audiovisual Study of the Monumental and the Fragile
I am proud to present my latest work, "Paper Cup Oceans."
This project is an exploration of human duality: the constant struggle between our infinite inner depths and our physical limitations. The song serves as a reflection on self-discovery and the act of conquering one’s own shadows—capturing that paradoxical sensation of trying to carry the entire ocean within a paper cup. How do we contain such vastness in a vessel so fragile?
The Visual Narrative
The visual identity of this piece is deeply rooted in the River Cess region of Liberia. Known for its profound mysticism, ancestral rituals, and preserved customs, the area provided a rich tapestry of inspiration. My goal was to translate this atmosphere into a modern digital language, where the organic and the abstract converge to tell a story beyond words.
The Technical Process
In "Paper Cup Oceans," I have explored the frontier where human vision meets generative innovation. The production is a technical symbiosis, utilizing a curated AI workflow:
* Nano Banana 2 & ChatGPT Image 2.0 were used to conceptualize the core imagery and layered aesthetics.
* Kling 2.5 was employed to animate these environments, creating a fluid, dreamlike motion that mirrors the liquid themes of the music.
This work stands as a testament to how we can harness emerging technologies to give voice to timeless human experiences.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts and reflections.
