We are excited to welcome one of the most acclaimed creators in comics- a modern torchbearer of creator-owned work- for his first appearance at Cherry Capital Comic Con. Eric Powell is coming to !

Eric Powell is an Eisner, Ringo, National Cartoonist Society, International Horror Guild, and Inkpot award-winning cartoonist. While he has worked for every prominent American comics publisher on titles such as Superman: Bizarro World, Big Trouble in Little China, Marvel Monsters, and Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters, the majority of his career has been focused on creator owned comics. Most notably his series The Goon and his work through his own imprint, Albatross Funny Books. Recently he has collaborated on the graphic novels “Did You Hear What Eddie Gein Done?” And “Dr. Werthless” with prominent true crime author Harold Schechter.
