Finally have a lag free, all bindings working CODM on Gameloop again. Will create and post a video tomorrow however, basic steps.

Uninstall gameloop.
Hit start type run, in run type %temp%
Delete all temp files.
Download latest version of gameloop from gameloop.com.
Install new version of gameloop in a different directory.
Optimise settings according to my past videos.
Download everything once logged in then restart the client.
There are a few other minor steps but this should get you a smooth experience.
