Nam/nữ đang sinh sống, học tập, làm việc trong và ngoài nước có quốc tịch Việt Nam.
Các thí sinh đăng ký 01 trong 4 lĩnh vực sau:
+Nhà tạo mẫu tóc:18 - 35 tuổi
+Nhà thiết kế thời trang:18 - 35 tuổi
+Superstar Kid Model: 04 - 14 tuổi
+Hot Face: 15 - 25 tuổi
Không chịu sự quản lý độc quyền bởi các công ty, đơn vị, tổ chức trong và ngoài nước tính đến thời điểm dự thi.
Không có tiền án tiền sự và chấp nhận tất cả các quy định của chương trình đưa ra.
Thí sinh dưới 18 tuổi phải được sự đồng ý của phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ.
