The holidays can evoke a range of emotions - joy, grief, and frustration. Join Andrea as she shares how she navigates this season with loved ones and the ancestors. There will be a simple ritual around Universal Love and some additional ideas, too. Bring a candle along with some favorite crystals and rocks.

Andrea is a writer, coach, ancestral lineage healing practitioner, and psychopomp guide. She is devoted to healing intergenerational trauma, grief, and loss through creative expression in her annual Incubator, an online co-working space for women creatives and their ancestors. She is the mother of three adult daughters, one deceased son, and has ancestors from Scotland, Ireland, England, Wales, Sweden, Germany, and Mayflower settlers. She lives a house-free lifestyle with a mailbox in Los Angeles and embodies the possibilities of a sharing economy.
