The Gulf Air flight from Trivandrum to Bahrain feels outdated and uncomfortable. The aircraft used on this route lacks individual seat screens, and the legroom is very limited, making the journey tiring, especially for long hours. The flight appears old and poorly maintained, often referred to by passengers as a “cow class” experience. In contrast, the Bahrain to Heathrow flight shows a completely different standard. It features modern aircraft with individual touch screens, ample leg space, comfortable seating, and quality in-flight meals. Cabin crew provide attentive and professional assistance throughout the journey. The stark difference between the two routes clearly reflects a form of service discrimination, where passengers from certain regions receive a lower-quality experience. While Gulf Air’s long-haul flights maintain international standards, its short-haul South Asian routes seem neglected, highlighting an obvious gap in equality and customer treatment across destinations.
