On Sabbath, November 8, 2025, over 30 representatives from the Clermont District of Seventh-day Adventist Churches joined with scores of other members forming the North East Jamaica Conference's delegation to impact some hurricane-ravaged communities of Trelawny.

Armed with warm smiles, care packages, literature, reassuring words and prayer, the eager groups fanned out into communities in and around Falmouth and Reid's Fellowship.

Despite the heart-rending sights and stories, it was evident that the community spirit is still alive and well among the people of Jamaica.

Do what you can today to help someone who's been affected by Hurricane Melissa.

Stewardship Desk
This Sabbath, rest in the truth that we are deeply cared for. The God of all mercy and all comfort meets us in every kind of affliction. Nothing is too small, too heavy, or too complex for Him. He carries our burdens, strengthens our hearts, and gives us the courage to keep going.

But His comfort doesn’t end with us. Because we have received His healing touch, we become carriers of that same comfort. The blessing God pours into our lives is meant to overflow into the lives of others.

As you rest today, remember:
You are held.
You are comforted.
And through you, someone else will find strength again.

When God comforts us, the blessing multiplies.
