I want to follow up on my post about each model
Every Ninja slushi model is great you guys
They all have pros in their performance
The Max and XL are hand to hand only a capacity difference
I love my XL so much
The twist is great for parties will take longer to slush tho
The 96oz and 88oz are the same just a difference in the capacity
They both make great frappes and milkshake 😋😋
The 72oz is the smallest with three pre settings but I have made a frappe in it and other things
It’s great if you’re a family of 4 or less

Over the next few days I will test out my ultra vanilla bean frozen custard and raspberry sorbet in the 96oz Costco, 88oz professional and the 72oz models
I won’t leave these models out I might have to make some adjustments to my recipes

I get asked which model is the best. I'll never lie to y'all. I've tested out every model over the past year. I knew about the Twist last year. And if you want the bang for your buck, plus more capacity and the ability to slush a higher ABV, the MAX is the best. Yes, the Twist has two vessels, but it's only two of the 72oz models put together. The slush assist side by side of the two; the MAX won. So basically, the Twist is only one upgrade from the 72oz, takes the guesswork out, but it still takes 20 minutes to slush. Then the next best model is the XL, the baby sister to the MAX, and can do everything the MAX can do. It's only 10-minute slush time in the MAX and XL. This information is not made up. It's coming from a person who tested every model over the year, learned the cheat codes for every Ninja slush model, and can make about 1000 successful slush recipes, including liquor. I also have a degree in baking and pastry.
I’m disappointed in the Twist slush assist but it is a good model just not the best model
It comes third in line

Raspberry Sorbet
Ingredients
* 5 cups raspberry puree (or substitute strawberry puree for a strawberry sorbet)
* 2 cups water
* 3 cups blue agave nectar or simple syrup
* 1 cup monk fruit sweetener or sugar
* ¼ cup vanilla extract
* ¼ cup lime juice
Directions
1. Add the raspberry puree, water, blue agave nectar, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and lime juice to a large pitcher.
2. Whisk until the sweeteners are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
3. Pour into your Ninja SLUSHi machine, staying below the MAX FILL line.
4. Select Frozen Treat or Sorbet setting (depending on your model).
5. Allow the machine to process until thick, creamy, and scoopable.
6. Serve immediately in a dessert cup or cone.

Yield: Approximately 88–96 oz, depending on your puree thickness. Perfect for the larger Ninja SLUSHi models. 🍓🍇❄️
