Ganache making is honestly one of the most satisfying things to film. 🍫✨

Warm cream meeting chocolate and turning into that glossy, silky finish, there's nothing like it.

Here's the basic method if you want to try it at home:
🍫 GANACHE

- 1 cup chocolate (chopped or chips)
- 1 cup fresh cream
- Heat your cream until it's warm and just starting to steam, do not let it boil. Pour it over your chocolate and let it sit for a minute or two. Then gently stir until smooth and glossy.

That's it. Use it for drizzling, dipping or as a filling, however you like.
