✨This is coming from my personal experience whereby I had to take care of my son who was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
✨The journey can be lonely due to a lot of challenges associated with mental illness.
✨You do not have to be alone,come join people with similar experiences to share, learn and support one another.
✨Together we can break the stigma around mental illnesses.
